Terms of Service

MantaProxy (hereinafter referred to as "we") provides residential proxy, static ISP and related data collection services to you (hereinafter referred to as "user") in accordance with these Terms of Service (ToS).

By registering an account, accessing API or using any of our services, you indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such entity.

In order to use the Services, you must create an account. You agree:

• provides true, accurate and latest registration information.
• Keep your API Key and account password properly. Any activities initiated through your credentials are your responsibility.
• If you discover any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.
• Each user is limited to registering one account, and malicious batch registration is strictly prohibited.

Our services may only be used for legitimate business or research purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use MantaProxy for the following activities. Once discovered, we will immediately block the account without refund:

• Network attacks: Launch DDoS attacks, botnet control or malicious port scanning.
• Fraudulent activities: Credit card fraud, advertising fraud (Click Fraud), forged identity documents.
• Illegal Content: Access or distribute child pornography, terrorism, or illegal copyrighted content.
• For governments: Unauthorized access to government, military, or financial institution websites.
• Spam: Send unsolicited email marketing (Spam).

Billing model: Our service adopts the "prepaid" model. rotating residential proxy is charged based on traffic (GB), and static ISP proxy is subscribed based on period (month/year).

No refund policy: In view of the particularity of proxy service as a digital product and consumable item, All payments are final and refunds are not supported .

Once the service is activated (including but not limited to the arrival of traffic packages and static IP allocation), you cannot apply for a refund or partial refund regardless of whether you actually use the service. It is recommended that before purchasing a large-amount package, you first purchase a trial package with the smallest amount for testing, and then make a large-amount recharge after confirming that it meets your needs.

In order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and related laws and regulations, we reserve the right to require users to perform KYC (Know Your Customer) certification for large-value transactions or specific high-risk purposes.

If the user refuses to provide the necessary identity documents, or the documents provided are suspected of being forged, we have the right to suspend the service and freeze the account balance.

The MantaProxy Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of the use of the Service, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You are solely responsible for all data content that you access, download or upload through proxy network.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Important changes will be notified to you via email or site message. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed your acceptance of the modified Terms.
