This privacy policy describes how we process your information when you visit our website, use our API interface, or purchase our proxy service. Once you start using MantaProxy, you agree to the data processing described in this policy.

In order to provide you with services, we may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: When you register, we need your email address, username and encrypted password.
• Transaction Data: We use a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe/PayPal) and we ourselves do not store your full credit card number, only the transaction ID and billing address are retained for tax compliance.
• KYC certification information: In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulatory requirements, some enterprise-level services may require you to provide identity documents (such as business licenses).
• Usage log: is limited to necessary connection metadata (such as API call timestamp, traffic consumption) for billing and troubleshooting. We strictly do not log your proxy access content (No-Logs Policy).

The information we collect is primarily used for the following purposes:

• provides, maintains and improves our proxy network services.
• processes your order transactions and sends invoices.
• Send important service notifications (such as API changes, maintenance announcements).
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and illegal activities (such as cyberattacks).
• Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

We will never sell your personal data. However, we may share your information under the following limited circumstances:

Service provider: We may share necessary data with third parties that assist our operations (such as cloud hosting service AWS, customer support system Zendesk) and are subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose necessary information by law if we receive a court order or lawful request from a law enforcement agency.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• All data transmissions are encrypted via the TLS 1.3 protocol.
• The database is encrypted at rest using the AES-256 standard.
• Implement strict access control permissions so that only authorized employees can access necessary data.
• Conduct third-party security penetration testing regularly.

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

For Access Logs, we implement the minimum retention principle , which is usually automatically cleared within 30 days after the end of the billing cycle. Basic account information will be retained for 90 days after you cancel your account to handle potential chargebacks or disputes, after which it will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

We use Cookies to identify your login status and save your preferences. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings, but this may result in the inability to use some features of the control panel.

We may use Google Analytics for anonymized traffic analysis on the official website marketing page, but we will never use any third-party trackers in the proxy service core functional area.
