If your static IP is configured in "whitelist authentication" mode (that is, secret-free mode), when your local public IP changes, the whitelist must be updated.
Go to the "Authorization Management" or IP details page, find the "Authorized IP" field, click Modify, and fill in your current new public IP to take effect.
